The venue was spotless & spacious. The personnel was extraordinary service-minded & were ready to help. Room was bright - liked the marble-lined bathroom. There were SPLENDID eggs, hot waffles and bacon to start the morning with. Stylish lobby. Very central location, relatively near Collins Park.

There were a little firm beds.

Excellent service, unique room, extremely comfy bed. Great breakfast selection, bacon, eggs and hot waffles. Absolutely fabulous view of river. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was warm.

I loved my stay at this delightful hotel, air-conditioned rooms. Every staff member was amazing friendly and very diligent. The breakfast was FINE, with plenty of hot waffles, eggs and bacon. Easy check-in & good service.

It was very enjoyable time in Miami Beach. Wonderful hotel, amazingly comfortable room, loved the bed. Lovely pool to relax in too. Workers in this place were outstandingly friendly, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was bad.

All in all an extremely comfy hotel and magnificent stay. Property with modern design concept, tremendous staff and comfortable beds. The hotel was placed in the business location. It had clean swimming pool too.
